Waiting for the Nemo ride, for the first time. It was just about to open the last time we were there, but we missed it by 2 days. It was pretty cool, a lot better than the old submarine ride, I have to say.
Of course what Disneyland trip would be complete without waiting in long lines to meet characters. We met all the Disney Fairies, including Terrance. In fact the fairies were some of Bridger's favorite people, he hugged them and admired them - he was terrified of Eore.
I love Disneyland in the fall, it isn't crowded, it's the perfect weather, and they have it decorated so amazing for Halloween. We took the kids to a special Mickey's trick-or-treat party, they had so much fun dressing up and walking around California Adventures with their trick-or-treat bags getting candy. They also got to dance with Goofy and meet a few other characters without a huge crowd. Overall, I think that the kids and the adults had a really great time, too bad it only happens every couple of years.
