These are the cousins that we only see every few years,
there was an instant connection with all four of them and
Every year for Labor Day Grandpa Arner goes to Clark to fish on the river. This is the first time that I have been able to go, since we have a trailer to sleep in, and it rained almost the whole time. Fortunately, the kids and Jim were able to fish a little and catch a little some of the time. It was fun to visit with family. Grandpa is a hoot! He makes me laugh all the time with all his stories. The kids had a great time with there cousins, Bailee and Kenzie are close in age and Evan and Garrett are the same age, so we hardly had to entertain them with the fun cousins around. We saw Roxie and Misty and Aunt Vicki and their husbands, it was good to sit and visit with them. I am still surprised to find out how little I know about Jim's family even after alomost 9 years of marriage. Overall, it was a great trip even through the rain and the long, long, long drive.
AMY, That looks like a fun, wet trip! Geoff still needs to take me up to Wyoming so I can see where he grew up, and so I can say I've actually been to WY! I am also sorry Evan couldn't be at the party! I almost changed it once I found that out, but it was already Thursday night and too many people were planning on it. We really should get the kids together SOMETIME! My kids talk about your kids all the time. Hope you are doing well!
